Cancellation Policy: We understand unforeseeable events occur in everyone's life. Please provide a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment or you will be responsible to pay for 50% of the appointment that was missed. You will not be able to book until the missed appointment is paid for. 

 Tardy Policy: We do ask that you are on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
